Symptoms

In DEMO Environment, ELM 9.1 with Bundle 4 applied on PeopleTools 8.50.14
 
When uploading a SCORM content IMS Manifest zipped file receive an Error message:

An invalid parameter has been passed to the file attachment function. (2,788) LM_LEL_IMPORT.GBL.LM_IMP_CRS_WRK.LM_IMP_CRS_SCORM12.FieldChange PCPC:1047

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. From Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Activities
  2. Add a new web-based Learning component to an Activity.
  3. On Learning Component Page, add required data and select from dropdown "SCORM12" for Compliance
  4. {click} Manage Content button
  5. {click}  Upload Zip File link
  6. (click} Browse and select SCORM 12  IMS_MANIFEST zip file or zip file for SCORM 12 Content
  7. {click} Upload button, receive Error message.

Learners are not able to launch and complete SCORM web-based content from the ELM application and have learning status information updated automatically upon learner completing.
