When uploading a SCORM content IMS Manifest zipped file receive an Error message:

An invalid parameter has been passed to the file attachment function. (2,788) LM_LEL_IMPORT.GBL.LM_IMP_CRS_WRK.LM_IMP_CRS_SCORM12.FieldChange PCPC:1047

Steps to Replicate Issue: 

From Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Maintain Activities

  1. Add a new web-based Learning component to an Activity.
  2. On Learning Component Page, add required data and select from dropdown "SCORM12" or "SCORM2004" for Compliance
  3. {click} Manage Content button
  4. {click}  Upload Zip File link
  5. (click} Browse and select SCORM 12 or SCORM 2004 IMS_MANIFEST zip file or zip file for SCORM 12 Content
  6. {click} Upload button, receive Error message.
