Symptoms
On : 9 version, Degrees
When attempting to update student degree information by clicking the Update Degrees push button on the Student Degrees page, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Application Program Failed
In Pgm Section : FETCH-S-TPLAN
With Return Code: 00001
Error Message : ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Records & Enrollment - Career and Program Information - Student Program/Plan
2. Click the Update Degrees button on the Student Degrees tab for a student
3. Notice the above mentioned error is seen in the logs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update student degrees.
