When trying to download query to Excel users are getting a File Download - Security Warning pop-up message followed by an error of access to the file. Running query to HTML will return the correct set of results.

This issue only happens in Internet Explorer browser, no problems with Mozilla Firefox browser.
Also it has been found as WebSphere Application Server specific.

Replication Steps:

1. Log in into PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager.
3. Search for a query.
4. Select "Excel" link to download Query to Excel.

1. First appears a Security Warning popup message box with text like:

Do you want to open or save this file?
Type:Microsoft Office Excel 97-2003 Worksheet

2. Followed by the below error:

MicrosoftOffice Excel cannot access the file: 'http://.../EMPLOYEE/HRMS/q/?ICAction=ICQryNameExcelURL=PUBLIC.LD_USUARIOS_PS'
There are several possible reasons:
The file name or path does not exist.
The file is being used by another program.
The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook."
