The site has recently installed ULP and is attempting to trigger a cobol process from a DOS session.
When running the PTPDBTST cobol, getting an error
"Unable to load program: PSSQLORA_ANSI.DLL Application terminated."
Steps to Replicate:

The issue can be replicated by running the PTPDBTST cobol from a DOS prompt
