''Find An Existing Value' Tab Is Inactive after Clicking on the 'New Window' Hyperlink of the 'Create/Update Order' Component (Doc ID 1300301.1)

Symptoms

When using the 'Create/Update Order' component (navigation: Order Management, Quotes and Orders, Create/Update Order) to create a Sales Order and clicking on the 'New Window' hyperlink (next to the 'Sign out' hyperlink on the top right corner of the page) to open a new tab, the 'Find an Existing Value' tab is inactive. When clicking on it to search for an existing Sales Order, nothing is happening.

The same issue happens when the 'multiple tabs' functionality of the Internet Browser is turned off. So a new window instead of a new tab opens when clicking on the 'New Window' hyperlink.

The issue is known to occur with the following Browsers:
* FireFox 3.6
* Internet Explorer 8
