ELM: Rebuild Indexes Process (LM_VER_IDX Application Engine) Ended with Run Status of No Success with Error Message "style/style.ufl failed: No such file or directory. (2,633)"

Rebuild Indexes process (LM_VER_IDX Application Engine) ended with Run status of No Success, displaying an error message on Standard Report (Stdout).

Steps to Replicate Issue:
1) Log in as Administrator
2) Navigate to Enterprise Learning > Catalog > Rebuild Indexes > {click tab} Add new Value
3) Add a new Run control ID and {click} Add button
4) {click} Create a New option and {click} Run button
5) {click} check box for Build Catalog search index ( LM_VER_IDX Application Engine)
6) {click} OK Button, notice process instance created
7) {click} Process Monitor link and notice that the LM_VER_IDX Application Engine) ended with  Run status of  No Success

Error Message:
" Open of file ......../data/search/LM_VER_IDX/{domain name}/ENG/style/style.ufl failed: No such file or directory. (2,633) LM_VER_IDX.MAIN.GBL.default.1900-01-01.Build.OnExecute Name:create_style PCPC:6455 Statement:89"
