E-WF: Emails Sent From PeopleSoft to External Email Addresses Not Received Without Errors

Information in this document applies to any platform.
New Applicant user creation results in email failure.
Steps to Reproduce;
1. Login on PIA >> click on career page and then create the login account.
2. Register the personal information with email address (personal, official) in the personal information screen.
3. Now reset the password on career page and system should send an email to the applicant. But the applicant can not receive emails.
There are no errors in app server log.
