Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9 the Payment Shuffle page does not return any data or fails with out of memory error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Student Financials > Charges and Payments > Payment Shuffle

  1. enter emplid
  2. click search button
  3. no data is returned
