E-AE: Application Engine Crash with State Record Not Defined Error (Doc ID 1316572.1)

Symptoms

Trying to run Application Engine on the Batch Server, and it ends with the following error: 

AET file shows the following:

Record ZG_APP_AET not defined (108,505)

By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:

1. Create a Application engine program which refers to a State record, and migrate AE to other environment without migrating the State record.
2. Run this program on the Batch Server.
