Data being added conflicts with existing data. (18,2) When Coping a Requisition to a Purchase Order (Doc ID 1318134.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to add lines to an existing Purchase Order by coping in some lines to the PO from a Requisition. The Requisition lines being copied have a One Time Address. When they try to save the PO receive the following error:  Data being added conflicts with existing data. (18,2).  You cannot save the Purchase Order.


Steps to reproduce the error:


1. Create 2 Requisitions each with a one time address
2. Create a Purchase Order
3. Copy the first Requisition from step 1 into the Purchase Order
4. Save this new Purchase Order
5. Copy the second Requisition from step 1 into the same Purchase Order and Save
6. Error is received
