Symptoms
Upgrading from version 9.0 application to 9.1 application, in the (test) move to production pass
When attempting to run the Microsoft Conversion script MSSNEWTYPE_ALTER.SQL,
the an error similar to the following occurs:
ERROR

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ADDR_LN2', table
'FS9PRD.dbo.PSYBI_EXTRCT'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
The script, MSSNEWTYPE_ALTER.SQL, has the purpose to alter the records in the MSSNEWTYPE
project. The generated script will alter the tables with the new data types.
