Error installing PSEMAgent as Windows Service.


Symptoms

Trying to install Agent to run as Windows service .

Customer runs the following command :

D:\ln\FLNIDMO\fs91pt851\bin\client\winx86>psemagentservice /install D:\ln\FLNIDM
O\fs91pt851\PSEMAgent

 

As a result the system generates the following error:

PeopleSoft Environment Management
(101) PeopleSoft NT Service (PSEMAgent-8.51.06): Installing the PSEMAgent servic
e.
(100) PeopleSoft NT Service (PSEMAgent-8.51.06): The handle is invalid. (0x6)
