Symptoms


 

When attempting to Test connectivity to the Application Server from Change Assistant,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to connect to Application Server <application server name or ip address>:<port>. Please
make sure your Application Server Name and Port Number are defined
correctly and has been started.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced   with the following steps:
1. Change Assistant
2. File
3. Open Environment
4. Test Connection
