Goal


This document outlines how to setup and administer the Employee Referral Program (ERP) process in PeopleSoft HRMS Recruiting (Talent Acquisition Manager). Setting up ERP includes the following tasks:

* Set up employee referral programs.
* Submit employee referrals.
* Process employee referrals.
* Review and override results.
* Approve and pay awards.

This document provides a real life scenario and screenshots showing the steps taken to process the ERP from the time the applicant or employee provides referral information to the payment of awards using Payroll for North America.

Note : This document shows setup for HRMS 9.1, however the steps are valid for HRMS 8.9 , 9.0 and 9.2 as well.  For 9.2 the Navigation has slightly changed (Set Up HRMS is now Setup HCM)
