The 'Reserve Order' Option from the Sales Order Header Menu Does Not Check for Existing OM Holds

When using the 'Reserve Order' option from the Sales Order Header drop down menu (navigation: Order Management, Quotes and Orders, Create/Update Order) and there is at least one Hold against that Sales Order, the system does not consider the Hold and completes the reservation or create a Backorder if there is not enough available quantity the Item.
