Job Opening - Approvers Are Not Retained in Correct Order in Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) (Doc ID 1335547.1)

Symptoms

While creating a new job opening, the user has added over 10 approvers (by clicking the '+' button) in the approval chain and then saved the job opening. When opening the same job opening again, the approver order seems to be scrambled and has not retained the same order of insertion.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Recruiting > Create New Job Opening > enter Job Details and Recruiting Team. Click Save & Submit.
2. Go to the Approvals page, insert some adhoc reviewers and approvers by clicking on the + button. Click Save.
3. Go to Recruiting > Find Job Opening, retrieve the Job Opening created above. Now the approval chain is displaying the approvers in incorrect order.

Note: in order to replicate the issue, total number of adhoc reviewers and approvers must be greater than 5.
