Symptoms


After proper configuration of content item, results writer, template definition, the content item results is not showing up on current documents.

Below are details of configurations:

Content item(proficiency description) :

Main Menu-->Setup HRMS-->Product related-->Profile Management-->Content Catalog-->Content Items

Result Writer(Results Writer Details):
Main menu->Setup HRMS-->Product Related-->ePerformance->Advisor Tools->Results Writer

In ePerformance Template Definition:

Main Menu->Setup HRMS->Product Related-->ePerformance-->Document Structure-->Template Definition
Select the section where you wish to add the Results Writer or Development Tips text items. Evaluation -Role Rules ->go to Section Tab -->Then for Role: Manager in "Results Writer"  select drop down as content item just modified and similarly, under "Development Tips" select drop down as content item just modified.

 

Now login as Manager :

Manager can’t find the results writer under current documents (Writing Tools-Resulst Writer Statements)
Navigation: Main Menu-->Manager Self Service-->Performance management-->performance Documents-->Current documents
