How to create a new effective dated ACAD_ORGANIZATION tree in Campus Solutions to reflect changes made to the academic organization structure?

Is it correct that we should never remove an entry from a tree, even if a value is no longer used, in order for it to apply to existing data that uses that value. (For example, we should not remove a subject that is no longer used.)?

If the name of an academic organization changes, do we add the new value to the new tree or replace the existing value?

Is there any way to delete an invalid tree that was created for testing purpose?

What is the difference between a Draft tree and a Valid tree? As I am creating a new effective-dated tree, do I want to create it as a Valid tree but leave it Inactive until I am ready to use it and run Update Security - Acad Org?
