Symptoms
Report to Window functionality generates the following error message.
Site name is not valid. Check your url syntax and try again.
Steps to Reproduce
===============
1. Log into PIA.
2. Go to People Tools - Process scheduler - System process request.
3. Run any process with output type as "window"
4. Process runs to success but Report to windows displays error message.
