Symptoms

Multiple issue encountered while creating the Interview Schedule for External Applicant and Internal Applicant (Employee).

1) External Applicant does not receive the Interview Schedule Notification
2) Interviewer received notification with two iCalendar attachments
3) Second attachment in Interviewer Meeting Request is missing the the notification email.
4) Interviewer receives duplicate Interview Schedule email notification with missing attachment
5) Second attachment in Applicant Meeting Request is missing the the notification email.
6) Internal Applicant (Employee) receives duplicate Interview Schedule email notification with missing second attachment
7) Interviewer receives Internal Applicant's Interview schedule notification
8) Interviewer receives duplicate Internal Applicant's Interview schedule notification
9) Custom message added by recruiter for Interviewer meeting request and Applicant Meeting Request are missing.
10) For Applicant Meeting Request Custom message recruiter has added is missing from message body
11) Meeting request option is NOT available for External Applicant when using Partial Calendar_Integration
