Symptoms

When testing the connection between Change Assistant and the application server, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to connect to Application Server hrwebtst01:9450. Please make sure your Application Server Name and Port Number are defined correctly and has been started.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the connection between the Change Assistant and the application server

2.  test the connection.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the data conversion analysis program or data conversion on the process scheduler.
