Symptoms


When attempting to modify a person, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Warning -- Social Security Numbers beginning with 700-728 have been discontinued. (1000,842)
The Social Security Number you have entered is from a series that was originally used for Railroad Workers. The use of these numbers was discontinued in 1963, so you should double-check to make sure it is a valid number

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Workforce Administration>Personal Information>Biographical> Modify a Person or Add a Person
2. Select USA country and PR in Social Security section at bottom of page
3. Enter 700121234
4. Try to save and error appears.
