Fullsync SSR_ACAD_PROG_FULLSYNC Does Not Publish Any Messages From CS to CRM (Doc ID 1349579.1)

Symptoms

When users attempts to integrate CS and CRM system the following setup for the CS to CRM unable to get the SSR_ACAD_PROG_FULLSYNC to publish any messages to CRM.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup the EIP SSR_ACAD_PROG_FULLSYNC between CRM and Campus Solutions
2. Go to the Event Registry page to run the service Operation SSR_ACAD_PROG_FULLSYNC
3. Get no messages to publish to CRM
