Symptoms
When setting up letter templates and uploading a document in Rich Text Format with a different logo/header, you click the Preview button, and receive the following error:
ERROR:
Jave Exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError:Java heap space:during call of com.peoplesoft.pt.xmlpublisher.PTRTFPocessor.generateXSL.(2,763)
The noted Java error was thrown during a call of the given method.
