When attempting to approve payable time (AWE Payable Time) for an offset row getting the following 
error:

REPLICATION STEPS
--------------------------------
1-> Employee enters time for 07/11 and 07/12
2-> Run time admin
3-> Manager approves time for 07/11 through MSS
4-> employee makes adjustment for 07/11
5-> run time admin
6-> employee again make adjustment for 07/12
7-> run time admin
7-> manager is not able to approve offset rows for 07/11
