ETL 9.1 AWE Routes The Approval Request To Locked Userid (Doc ID 1354709.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

When security profile is Locked, Reported or Payable Time still routes the approval request to Locked Userid.Issue for AWE Reported Time & AWE Payable Time

ENVIRONMENT

HCM 9.1 Bundle#6
PeopleTools 8.51

STEPS
----------
Reported Time

1) Create additional security profile assign same Manager's emplid. -KU0010
2) Navigate to PeopleTools> Security> UserProfile
3) Open the existing (old) User Profile HCRUSA_KU0010  Click on Account Locked, Save
4) Choose a workgroup which needs approval for reported time
5) Enter reported Time
6) Click on Approval Monitor Link
7) The routing request still goes to the old security profile - HCRUSA_KU0010

WHAT IS WORKING
-------------------------------
Routing is working, if account has not been locked, it routes the request to correct oprid

IMPACT
------------
Approval request routed to the inactive user profile, and Manager could not approve the timesheet.
