Goal
A user is trying to attach a file to a journal and is receiving the following errors when the file name is longer than 64 characters in length:
Attachment failed to upload. (18036,10013) Attachment operation failed for unknown reasons. (Attachment built-in error 12). (18036,10003)
Would you please verify that an intended length limitation is the reason for this issue?
