ePro: Requisition Attachments Without Comments Generate "No Matching Buffer Found For Level.(15,26)" When Clicking On Requisition ID on Worklist or Manage Requisition Approvals Page (Doc ID 1364833.1)

Symptoms

Requisitions with attachments but no comment causing "No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)" error when trying to access from approver's worklist or Manage Requisition Approvals page.
Requester submits a requisition with attachment . Approver logs in either from manage approvals or worklist and tries to access req.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:

  1. Create a requisition add comment to line.
  2. Only add Attachment but no comments to the line.
  3. Save and submit the req to workflow.
  4. Logon as approver and navigate to their Worklist.
  5. On Approver's worklist click on requisition link.

Note Error: "An Error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from
continuing" in upper left of page.
Main error message:
No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)

When retrieving data for a page, a data value was retrieved for which there
was no matching data value at a higher level scroll entry. (For example, at
scroll level 2, a value of ABC was read in and scroll level 1 contained this
higher level field but did not have a row with a key value of ABC.) This
usually occurs because of an error in a database record or view; or because
of improper deletion of values in a database. Correct the page definition
or contact your system administrator.
