E-NV: nVision Report Consistently Shows "UNC paths are not supported" Error in Logs (Doc ID 1365291.1)

Symptoms

nVision reports are running to success but constantly show this error in the logs:

"CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory.
UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory.
The system cannot find the file specified."
