Symptoms

After refreshing the databases and upgrading to PeopleTools release 8.51, integration from the PS database to third party is failing with the error:

Error is seen on the screen on which the service request is invoked as well as the trace file and APPSRV_mmdd.log file.

Further the service operation monitor for synchronous services showed a blank service operation name going to error at the time of invocation.

Changes

Tools upgrade or environment migration.
