E-NV: Nvision Timeout in 3-tier client environment (Doc ID 1366583.1)

Symptoms

When running nVision in a 3-tier environment, it times out if the users do not log in to the machines for a long period of time.

If the nVision "3-tier" client is left open for over an hour, it will time out. Once this occurs, users must relaunch nVision and reconnect.

On the same machine, no timeouts occur with Application Designer or Datamover.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Logs in nVision client in 3-tier environment.
2. Leave it idle for one hour.
3. nVision will time out.
