Symptoms

Notifications With Multi Invoice Approval is not sending emails appropriately. Enterprise Invoice Approvers are not always receiving an email notification.

This happens when the Enterprise Approvers have time sheets on multiple invoices and the Service Provider Contact for the invoices is the same.  If the Service Provider Contact approves all the invoices at the same time, some of the email notifications will not be sent to the Enterprise Approvers.
