 QUESTION 1 : There is a requirement to add the 'HCM SOA Services Portal Access' role to all users. Is it necessary to assign that role to all the users in the system, or to add all of the permission lists attached to the Role to all of the users?
 QUESTION 2 : If the users have this role, what does it give them that they wouldn’t otherwise have?
 QUESTION 3 : Do the rest of the tabs of the permission list give any additional access to anything?
