Symptoms

Here is what you can read in the PeopleBooks about the Customer's 'Correspondence Selection' and 'Remit From Selection' hyperlinks:

PeopleSoft Enterprise Order to Cash Common Information 9.1 PeopleBook > Maintaining General Customer Information > Adding General Customer Information > Pages Used to Add General Customer Information

* General Information - Remit From Selection

Page: CUST_REMIT_SELECT
View remit from customer details and other customer relationships.
Click the Remit From Selection link on the General Info page.

* General Information - Correspondence Selection

Page: CUST_CRSPD_SELECT
View or modify correspondence options.
Click the Correspondence Selection link on the General Info page.
Select 0030 - Correspondence Options in the More field on the General Info page.

Issue # 1:

When clicking on the 'Correspondence Selection' and 'Remit From Selection' hyperlinks in the Customer's 'General Information' page (navigation: Customers, Customer Information, General Information), the 'Customer Hierarchy' page is displayed (CUST_CORP_SELECT) instead of the CUST_REMIT_SELECT and CUST_CRSPD_SELECT pages.

Issue # 2:

In order to access the 'Correspondence Options' page, you have to select the '0040 - Correspondence Options' in the More field on the General Info page, not the '0030' option one as mentioned in the PeopleBooks. Then the 'Customer Hierarchy' page is displayed but there is a second tab called 'Correspondence Options'.

Page and option information given in the PeopleBooks about the Customer's 'Correspondence Selection' and 'Remit From Selection' hyperlinks (PeopleSoft Enterprise Order to Cash Common Information 9.1 PeopleBook > Maintaining General Customer Information > Adding General Customer Information > Pages Used to Add General Customer Information) should be ignore at this point.
