On : 9.1 version, Payment Processing
When attempting to press button 'Generate XML and Post' in ExcelUploadforDeposits.xls while having field '000 Process ?' = 'N' the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open ExcelUploadforDeposits.xls and go to tab 'Data Sheet'.
- Make sure field '000 Process ?' is set to 'N' and press 'Generate XML and Post' button.
- Navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring > Asynchronous Details. Click on 'Error' link to open Subscription Contract Error Messages.
