CRM 9: WRKR_JOB_SEQ is not Incrementing in HRMS to CRM incremental sync

CRM 9.0 integrated with HRMS 9.0:

When an employee has two job instances 0, 1 when job data is added and modified or deleted, the wrkr_job_seq is taken from maximum wrkr_asgn_seq regardless whether the new row of the job is in the lower wrkr_asgn_seq.
