EEX: Time Sheets are Not Routing to Approvers (Doc ID 1372732.1)

Symptoms

Time sheet indicates routing to an approver in Pending action, but when the approver looks at his queue the time sheet is not visible. In addition, in Monitor Approvals, the time sheet has the approvers name but it says not routed.

Steps:
--------
1. Create a Time Sheet.
2. Submit Time Sheet for approval.

Actual Result:
---------------
Time sheet has approver listed in Pending action but status is not routed.

Expected Result:
-------------------
Time sheet should be submitted for approval and gets routed to approver.
