Symptoms

Not able to create a Customer Return (navigation: Customer Returns, Create/Update RMA) for an Item against a Sales Order line which has been created and shipped using the Standard Unit of Measure (UOM) (no decimal) but billed using a pricing UOM with decimals. The following error is issued when selecting the Sales Order line in the 'Customer Shipment History' page:

The quantity entered for item X and unit of measure can only be a whole number (11100,1135)


No error is issued if the RMA is created before the Item on the Sales Order line is billed.
