Symptoms


In email workspace, an email with html format shows html tags

This issue could happen to customers using Exchange mail servers.  When the amails are read into PS the raw mail content already show html tags.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Send email to the mailbox
2. Check the mail from Correspondence > Search Inbound email
