Symptoms

When attempting to update a student's equation variable or simply open the page at Student Financials >Tuition and Fees > Equation Variables
the following error occurs:
 
15,26 No matching buffer found for level

Due to this issue users cannot add, remove or modify this student's equation variables.
 
Equation variables can be updated for all other students.
