Goal

HCM 9.1 Bundle 6 Tools 8.51

When time is submitted for an employee, the payable time does not show up in Approve  Payable Time page for the manager. The Approval Monitor shows 'No Approval Required' message for AWE Payable Time

Steps to Recreate:
1. Select Multiple Job employee with both jobs assigned to same workgroup
2. Set tl_installation table to include all jobs
3. Approval is setup for Payable Time by TLBySupervisorID
4. Report Time for Empl_rcd 1 only
5. Run Time Admin
6. Login as Manager 
7. View Payable Time Details. Empl_rcd 1 shows in list with Needs Approval status
8. Click on the Approval Monitor and Monitor shows 'No Approvals Required' even though payable time is in 'Needs Approval' status

Business Impact:
Unable to approve payable time due to which time cannot be loaded to payroll resulting in no pay for employees.
