ECRM: Term Resolution Failed - No Implementation Was Found Error In Correspondence Template When New Term Is Added Into Delivered Template (Doc ID 1380180.1)

The issue can be replicated as below:

  1. Log in the CRM application
  2. Under Main Menu > Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > Correspondence > Template, search for the RC: Send Selected Resolutions correspondence template
  3. Click on File Name hyperlink in Template File Detail section
  4. Add Contact Name term to the template clicking €˜Insert Dynamic Content€ button (Correspondence Template Terms > Call Center > Case Details)
  5. Validate the Template
  6. Search for a case in the DEMO database application and send an email from solutions tab
  7. The following error message occurs:

Term ID: 333857425483478337236632040604 Term Name: Contact Name User Preferred Name: Contact Name
Term Resolution Failed. No Implementation was found for resolving this Term in the provided Context (18112,1060) EOCF_CLF_DL.Runtime.Resolution.RuntimeTerm.OnExecute Name:resolve PCPC:1928 Statement:31
