Symptoms
When attempting to run PSPBARUN process through Benefits> Manage Automated Enrollment> Events> Run Automated Benefit Processing, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to: Benefits> Manage Automated Enrollment> Events> Run Automated Benefit Processing
2. Run the PSPBARUN process
3. Above error message is seen
