Symptoms

User granted access to add charfield combinations, but when they attempt to add a combination code to the Expense Mapping page they get an error.

The combination code cannot be added to the Valid Combo Table (2000,223)
HMCF_CHARTFIELDS.CHARTFIELD_COMBINATION.OnExecute Name: GetNewSaveComboCode PCPC: 39912 Statement: 667
Called from: HMCF_ACCNT.CHRTFLD.GBL.HMCF_DERIVED OK_BTN: FieldChange Statement: 131
The Component Interface cannot add the new Combination Code. Contact your System Administrator.

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Component Interfaces not set up for the permission list
2. Navigate to the Expense Mapping page (Setup HRMS>Product Related>Payroll for North America>GL Interface>Chartfield Expense Mapping USA)
3. Enter a group activity and click on the "Edit Chartfield" link
4. Try to associate a combination code
