Enhancement Request to Add Approval Action and Comments in Email Notification when Using Outlook 2007 (Doc ID 1381716.1)

Enhancement request with the email notification that gets sent to an approver, it does not have the dropdown list for Approval Actions, Approver Comments field and submit button is not enabled.

In the Form Element/Layout Designer, the fields are set to dropdown yet only static text are in the email. This appear to be an issue with Outlook 2007 only. Root appears to be related to re-ordering in 2007 that is now based on Word instead of IE.
