Symptoms

When a manager receives a notification for approval and the manager does not respond in a designated period of time, configuration has been done to send the manager a reminder email that approval is required. However, the reminder email is not sent to the manager.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Configure the approval process to send reminders.
2. Set up an activity with manager approval.
3. Login as learner - and enroll in this activity that requires approval.
4. Do nothing as manager on the approval - to evoke reminder.
5. No reminder is sent.
