ETL8.9/9.x Labor Distribution Amount 0 On Prior Period Adjustments (Doc ID 1387838.1)

It appears that the calculation of labor distribution amount on the TL_PAYABLE_TIME table is handled differently between our 8.8 version and the upgraded 9.1 version. For prior period adjustments, the labor distribution
amount on the `corrected' rows in the 8.8 version carried the distribution amount associated with the TL QUANTITY. In the latest version however, the labor distribution amount is 0 on those rows. When the hours/distributed
amounts are sent to project costing, we lose visibility to the dollars for the adjusted rows/projects. The offset row(s) `zero' out the original project distribution amount but the new project has no distribution amount
associated with it.

REPLICATION STEPS

1)Enter Time to Project, on timesheet
2)Execute Time Admin
3)Execute Payroll
4)Execute PY_PULL_COST and distribute labor costs to PC
5)Modify Project time of previously entered time
6)Execute Time Admin
7)Execute Payroll
8)Execute PY_PULL_COST and distribute labor costs to PC
We observe the labor distribution amount is set to zero where as it is expected to be updated with estimated gross.
