E-CI: "bea.jolt.JoltRemoteService (PSBusComp) call(): Timeout" Error Occurred When Java Client is Connected to the Application Server for More than Two Minutes (Doc ID 1388069.1)

Goal

Customer is using the Java CI (Component Interface) APIs, and sometimes sees the following error :

This error seems to occur after the client is connected to the Application Server for 2 minuets during a busy time. Why did this error occurred after 2 minuets passed ?
