Goal

Upgrading PeopleTools only from PT 8.49.13 to PT 8.51.11
As part of this platform's upgrade, the DBTSFIX.SQR is run, but is failing with error:

Error in include file "<PS_HOME>\sqr\\setenv.sqc" on line 477:
(SQR 3601) Out of substitution or #DEFINE variables; use -Mfile to increase SUBVARS.

Error in include file "<PS_HOME>\sqr\\setenv.sqc" on line 478:
(SQR 3601) Out of substitution or #DEFINE variables; use -Mfile to increase SUBVARS.
datein-prefix

It seems that an extra "\" is placed in the directory preceding the file name.
We have checked the Configuration Manager's process scheduler tab, on the machine where Change Assistant is installed, and it does not have the extra "\" .
