Symptoms
ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
When a query is setup using PS Query using a prompt value on any chartfield table, the prompt does not return values.
ENVIRONMENT
---------------
Application & Version: Tools 8.51.10
Bundle/Patch: FSCM 9.1
Environment: Production
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query, Query Manager.
2. Search and select a query that uses GL_ACCT_BUGL_VW as a prompt.
3. Run the click on the hourglass for Account. No value returned.
IMPACT
---------------
Significance to business operation is major since the issue is with all queries that try to edit prompt with chartfield tables.
